Byte is an at-home invisible aligner company that blew up in the last two years making a name for themselves as “the cool kids” of teledenistry. The next step was to rebrand by stepping outside dentistry and into the larger self-care industry. As their first (senior) copywriter, I joined the in-house creative team to immediately dive into their voice, tone and persona as well as bring conceptual thinking to the work. We started small with social and email campaigns, while working with an external agency to hone in on the brand strategy and origin story. And with each project came the opportunity to pitch big thinking for Byte and the future. Here’s my work in progress:
We started with a State of the Brand presentation which included a good old S.W.O.T analysis, our vision for the future and some campaign proposals. Feel free to skim.
During Covid, we tapped into our own customer-base to breath life into our digital stories.
Next up, we created some micro campaigns to up engagement and brand awareness.
For Women’s History Month, we decided to celebrate future history makers and why being a girl makes them #smile.
